5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
• The leather will not become hard
• There will be no transfer of color
• The leather will not tear under normal use
• The finish will not peel from the leather
• The finish will not show excessive cracks other than normal wrinkles from stretching.

Frame Construction Warranty
Our frames are constructed of selected kiln-dried hardwoods which are carefully assembled and reinforced with corner blocking to ensure a strong, durable seating unit. Cushion Construction Warranty
Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Furniture foam cushions are constructed of polyurethane foam center core with a wrap of polyester fiber. The loss of resilience should not be confused with softening and flattening of polyester fiber and foam that will occur as: a result of normal use and aging. All foam will soften and will not be considered a defect. Mattress Mechanisms Warranty
Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Furniture uses inner spring sleeper mattresses and top quality mechanisms to provide the most comfort available in upholstered furniture. Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Furniture warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the original retail purchase date. This also applies on our electric motor and it's parts.

Feather and Down Warranty
Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Furniture uses a high density polyurethane foam core inserted in an envelope filled with down and feathers. Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Furniture warranties the down and feathers against leakage for the life of the product under normal use.

Service Policy
Should service under this warranty be necessary, the purchaser must contact the authorized dealer of purchase. The dealer or our company representative will determine if repair or exchange is necessary.
